bits of fun i've had this month so far

i have a very demanding job, hour-wise. i spend most of my time at work, going to work, getting back home from work, resting from work. i do have 2 free days a week, but they let me know which ones weekly, so i can't really plan my life very far into the future. i try to have fun and enjoy life a little in my free days so i don't go fully insane, even if they have to be spur of the moment plans or things i can make really quickly.

or should i say copied ? i saw this post on tumblr the other day and i've been obsessed with that gif, it's so cool, i hAd to make my own !! don't worry i ate it after, no apple would ever be wasted on my watch, or my dogs.... and believe me, he was watching. he wanted that cookie so f-ing bad,

i also got a sunday free this month and i went back to trinket heaven, i took my little cousin with me this time and she loved it ! (i did lowkey raise her so it makes sense). this is our little haul: 

a bunch of trinkets. mostly miniature toys + some sanrio trading cards and a lighting mcqueen digital camera

i wonder if you can tell which ones are mine.

bonus ! here are my best friends epi y blas (most commonly known as bert and ernie), i really wanted to get them but i have way too many plushies, i have to be very very picky, i can't just take everyone home (sadly),

something i do every day (for sure the main reason i'm still sane) is walk around the forest with my dog. he reminds me life can be worth living, despite the horrors. i mean look at this tree !! it's huge ! my dog looks ant size next to it, and it's right by my house, i get to see it everyday. i'm so used to it sometimes i forget how cool it is. and the sky is so pretty too, the clouds....

and now that we are on topic, not long ago i made a post about the first daisy flower of the spring and how big they get by summer, some of them are already as tall as me ! i told you i wasn't lying !!

 also !!!! remember the alien plant from this entry ??? this is her now..... also huge ! !! plants really are crazy,

fully bloomed angelica archangelica right next to me to show how big it is. at the corner there's a photo of the same plant right before it blooms (to emphasize the crazy glow up)

 that blog entry i mentioned actually inspired me to make this collage. 

the photo artemis II took of earth surrounded by a bunch of earthly critters. right on top of earth a text reads: we are the alien planet with alien creatures we have been looking for.

we actually live on the coolest planet of the solar system but we act like we're so gonna find something more incredible out there in space.... i don't think so, have you seen a rhino ? ?  how could something be better than all the creatures we have here ? including us btw !

my dad says they made me look like tumnus from narnia, i was going for fawn fairy but i will settle with tumnus, he's lowkey a fawn fairy if you think about it.

this post is all over the place..... which i guess is what the tittle promised, i'm gonna try to full circle to finish. here's some other artwork i saw on tumblr and thought was so cool i had to make my own version:

mine are not pressed, they're just freshly cut flowers scanned. i'm planning on pressing them but for now i just couldn't wait to layer everything i got to see which fairies would look cute. i'm not very patient. if ever actually finish them i will show them !
