a daisy ? must be the first one of the season

where i live we get daisies as tall as me (169 cm), i'm not joking ! the wild daisies go crazy at spring, there's so many you can barely walk on the paths and they're so tall i just have to trust my dog is somewhere in between there because i can't see him.

i will take a picture and show you when it happens, for now tho, we have her:

the first daisy flower of the season !! ! we call them margaritas in spanish, she's so cute and tiny ! doesn't even reach my knees yet.

you know what else starts to appear when the spring is close ?? critters !! !!! i love little creatures so much. i'm just sad my phone camera is so shitty it can't properly capture anything !

i mean...... can you even see the frog there ?? it's a good thing our brain can fill in the gaps because that's literally just half a pixel, but it's frog shaped enough for you to recognize. you will have to take my word for it, there were sooo many bees, birds, lizards, frogs, tadpoles (cute, cute, cute , cutE !), butterflies (scary) and mosquitos (annoying). if i ever get a good camera before the summer ends i will show you.

in the meantime enjoy these scans of these gorgeous eucalypti leafs. they're so pretty. pink and green ! nature really can do it all. (sighs) i love seasons, they give me such a clear sense of time passage. sometimes i need to know some things will always stay the same.

Days seem sometimes as if they'll never end
Sun digs its heels to taunt you
But after sunlit days, one thing stays the same
Rises the moon
