shitty camera review

idk if you've read me cry about the terrible photos my phone takes, but i decided to buy a camera. two seconds into looking cameras i realized i can't afford a camera, so i started looking for kids cameras, they're very cheap because they're essentially toys.

☆☆ - don't buy unless you're a kid

i take silly photos of silly things, i don't need a professional camera to take a photo of a tree, i just need a camera. my main problems with my phone are: (1) doesn't focus when i try to take a close up, (2) doesn't focus if i zoom in and (3) it takes my phone 5 business days to open up the gallery app. so i figured a 20€ camera could fix those problems.

it doesn't.

i spent an afternoon with the camera and no, it won't focus when i try to take a close up. no, it doesn't focus if i zoom in. and even if it opens the gallery very fast, its issue is actually worse: it has like a whole 3h delay between pushing the button and actually taking the photo.

so now i have a worse camera than my phone camera + i'm 20€ poorer. not for long tho, i already started the refund process, i just have to take it to SEUR and i will get my money back ! but before, i figured i would share with you the terrible pictures it took.

not gonna lie i am a lover of low quality photos, which is why i didn't mind a shitty camera. i wouldn't had mind if its only problem was low quality pictures, but i can't capture critters if it doesn't focus up close or zooming it !

it was kinda nice for full shots of the landscape and simple photos at a regular distance with no zoom, but i can do that with my phone already so what's the point........

i still had fun with it, i love a camera and this one makes a cartoonish noise when you take a photo, also the buttons are very satisfying to push, i totally get why a kid would love this camera. sadly, i am no kid.

sighs. we will have to make do with the shitty pictures my phone takes until i find an affordable camera that actually works. any recs ?
