cozy mushroom

i failed to post yesterday, which i guess means i failed the post every day of october challenge, i still want to try and post as much i can, so this is the month with my higher number of posts this year.

i couldn't post yesterday because i was very busy, and didn't get home from work until past 12, so it was already today ! i couldn't post unless i had a time machine, anyway, i suspect i will be getting home at the same time today (or should i say tomorrow), and i don't have much time right now, so i decided to post something quick.  

i was thinking last year i also made an october challenge, i posted a collage every day following different prompts on my side blog on tumblr, and i didn't fail that one, so i thought i could do something similar today (you can see the collages here if you're curious :D)

i found a list of prompts i liked and made collages for day 18 (to compensate that i didn't post) and for day 19 (as today's post). as you can see they are: cozy sweater and mushroom, respectively. 

the first one immediately made me think of those little crochet frogs people make stop motion with, they always look to cozy, so i made her the main character of the collage. 

for the second one i just put a bunch of mushroom together in what i thought was an aesthetically pleasing composition.

i might use this secret tool again if i ever find myself with no time to post, so you'll probably see more collages this month hehe

  i started playing Hades (2020) knowing nothing about it, i impulsed bought it months ago on sale because i thought the art was really pretty.  the game starts right away, doesn't explains much to you. it just throws you immediately into battle, then when you die, you appear in a room, and Zagreus (the character you're playing) calls it home. there's no monsters there, and the game let's you interact with a bunch of different object and characters, it's here where you get some context of what the game is about.  you are the son of Hades, trying to escape from hell. obviously the underworld is built so nobody can leave, so you keep dying over and over again, getting back to the main room. every time you have to start over from the very first room, and fight you're way up to the furthest room your live span and ability allow you.  every time you die, there's a bunch of things you get to do at home to better prepare yourself for your next try. you can unlock n...
