what's on my trinket shelf (5/?): spider-man

this is my most modest collection, but also one of my favorites. i love spider-man, i can't get enough, i think about it every day and it makes me so happy. the difference between this one and my other collections: this is the only one dedicated to a very popular worldwide beloved character, which means all the merch is quite expensive. most of my trinkets are second hand and super cheap, but with spider-man, even if you buy second hand, it's considered a collection piece, and they will charge you at the very least 50€, and that's why most of the shelf is art, i don't have that many figurines or trinkets, because i don't have a lot of money.

like i said, it's not much. a few legos, a tiny baenie ty plushie, a few figurines, 3 comics, a lunch box (it's a set of three, but i actually use the other 2 for my food), and a dvd movie (i do own all 3, i got them as a present when i was a kid, but i only displayed the one with venom in it, because i love it, and the shelf is not that big).
 

some of my dream trinkets do add to my collection would be the action figure from the marvel legends series of spider-man 3, the peter and ned set from the hasbro marvel legends series, peni parker's nendoroid, round spider-man ty beanie plushie and the 2002 mary jane doll, 

i love them very much, and i dream about having them on my shelf almost everyday, but at the end of the day, these are just trinkets to me, and i am not willing to pay thousands of euros on a trinket collection. i keep looking on my trusted second hand online places, and at the toy sections of every flea market, i won't lose hope ! maybe i would be able to get one for cheaper, or maybe someone with money would gift them to me, like most of my expensive figures.  

i really want an andrew garfield trinket but i haven't found one i really love, so i might just get the dvds eventually, i don't know.... the 2012 hasbro one is pretty cool, he has the skateboard and the backpack ! it's so cute, and it's a toy so it's not perfect and looks lowkey cursed, very much my style, but the prices are crazy, because it was some sort of special edition for walmart, i think. 

i would also love the art books for the miles morales animated movies, 

 

and some sort of venom toy that looks cute, but i can't find one. they always make venom look all ugly and scary, i don't even like the nendoroid version, and i hate the way funkos look so that's out of the question. there's a few blind boxes with cute venoms but i don't want to risk getting a non-venom one. i really really love the art by tumblr user nex-has-gender-envy, i would love a toy with those vibes, chonky and gay, i also enjoy the bubble pop and gummy surprise skins from marvel rivals, a figurine of that would be so fun ! !! i guess the lego toy is cute too, but kinda boring...

i also want the venom comic: marvel comics present (2019) #5, for freaky gay reasons.... 

and i wish they made better action figures of tom hardy's version of eddie brock because i love him so sososo soso so much ! !!!! !!! i crave a little eddie toy wearing crocs and looking tired. sighs, my beloved.

as you can see this collection has a longer wish-list than actual owned trinkets..... so i'm just gonna use this post to manifest them into my life. some day i will get all of these and show you my super cool upgraded spider-man collection !
